I’m looking for a female tenant to take over my lease in a spacious 2B/2B apartment in Palo Alto starting July 1, 2026 (lease runs through the end of the year, with the possibility of extension).

Rent:
• $1,672.50 per month + utilities
I also have a bed, mattress, study table and chair, and kitchen utensils that I’m happy to pass along, as I’ll be moving out.
