We’re Hiring — Software & Hardware Engineers
Join Traini and help build the world’s first Emotional & Behavioral Intelligence Layer for Non-Human Beings.

At Traini, we are creating a new AI stack that understands animals — starting with dogs — through multimodal AI, real-time inference, and long-term behavioral memory. Our system connects voice, video, sensors, and on-device intelligence to translate emotion and behavior into actionable understanding.

We are looking for both Software Engineers and Hardware Engineers who want to work at the frontier of AI + edge devices + emotion intelligence.

Software Engineer — AI / Multimodal / Edge

You will work on:

• Multimodal AI pipelines (audio / vision / behavior signals)

• Real-time inference & on-device models

• Behavioral memory & agent systems

• Data + model optimization for edge hardware

• AI productization and API systems

Preferred:

• Experience with ML/AI systems, signal processing, or edge inference

• Strong Python/C++/model deployment skills

• Experience with real-time or embedded AI is a plus

Hardware Engineer — Wearables / IoT / Smart Devices

You will work on:

• Smart collar & pet wearable architecture

• Sensors (IMU, audio, GNSS, bio-signals) integration

• Low-power system design

• Connectivity (BLE / LTE-M / NB-IoT / LoRa)

• Prototype → mass production pipeline

Preferred:

• Experience with embedded systems or wearable devices

• Familiar with sensor fusion and low-power design

• Experience bringing hardware to production is a plus

Location: Bay Area preferred (in-office collaboration), some roles flexible

Domain: AI + Pet Tech + Emotional Intelligence

Stage: Fast-growing AI-native startup with global traction

Mission: Build the cognitive bridge between humans and animals

If you want to build technology that expands intelligence beyond humans — we’d love to talk.
